Yes! All orders over $75 get free USPS Priority shipping

Shipping & Delivery
What shipping services do you use? Can you overnight an order?
We offer USPS and UPS shipping. The fastest option available is USPS Priority Express (1-2 shipping days).
When will my order ship?
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday–Friday will ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
- Orders placed on Saturday before 1 PM EST will ship the same day.
- Orders placed on Sunday will ship the following Monday or the next business day after a holiday.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through USPS.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
The tracking status for my package is not updating. What can I do?
Don’t worry! Sometimes, shipping carriers don’t update tracking information immediately, even though the package is in transit. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days from its original ship date, please contact us for assistance.
USPS says my package was delivered, but I can't find it. What now?
First, check with your neighbors and household members in case it was misdelivered. Sometimes, USPS marks packages as delivered prematurely, so allow an extra day or two. If your package doesn’t arrive, please contact us for further assistance.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes! All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for privacy. There is no mention of kratom or Kratom Country on the package.
